Job Description:
As a Product Support Service Delivery Lead you will be part of the team that supports complex Web based applications. The individual must be a self-directed with the ability to lead in cross-functional, multi-organization teams.
Our Product Support team is growing, and you will have a direct impact on the availability and client interaction of the rapidly expanding Web based application portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional, multi-organization teams in the NOC, acts as the facilitator during outages, ensuring SOPs are being followed and executive communications are sent in a timely matter
Collects, manages, and produces reports to track SLA and metrics reporting for executives
Wiki administrator, ensures SOP are organized, up to date, and easily accessible
Monitors production environments and provides real time statistics on system uptime, able to implement enhancements as needed
Effectively project manage small to median projects
Qualifications:
5
years of experience in supporting enterprise level Web based applications
Outage management leadership
Monitoring and capacity management systems, tools such as Keynote, Solarwinds or SCOM a plu
ITIL processes and procedures (ITIL certification a plus)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
