We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing USA and North American team! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible of the interface between the customers, vendors, and company team members to ensure order accuracy.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing USA and North American team! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible of the interface between the customers, vendors, and company team members to ensure order accuracy.

Key responsibilities for the role:
Management of customers' orders from receipt to delivery Validate the product availability and control the delivery date and pickup date Communication with our customers & our suppliers Support the Customer Service Manager and accounting to investigate chargebacks and deductions Assist in inventory management, product availability, and stock planning Track and review customer sales terms & conditions, pricelists, promotional calendars, and marketing initiatives Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Three to five years' experience in customer service roles Thorough knowledge base of Microsoft office Background in logistics and customer service English fluency with knowledge of Italian as a plus Core Competencies:
Customer relationship management Cross functional team player Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong oral and written communication skills Others:
