This is a PT a position, 30 hours a week.
Position is required to be onsite in our manufacturing facility.
This is not a remote position.
Position is located in a shared office with three other people.
Essential Skills:
Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Experience working with Quickbooks is desirable.
Must have experience with data entry, recording transactions, preparing invoices, reconciliations, etc.
Basic administrative skills.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent professional communication skills.
Must be fluent in English.
Ability to learn new software programs with ease.
Prior experience working in a professional office environment.
Willingness to assist our team as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
