The Rental Sales Agent (RSA)will process car rentals for customers, Including obtaining customer information like drivers license, credit card and details of rental.
RSA will also answer phone inquiries, and provide reservation and extensions quotes to customers over the phone.
Light car prep of rental vehicles including vacuuming, wipe down, and disinfecting of rental car if needed.
All RSA are cross trained to provide adequate store needs.
Must have go getter mentality.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
Punctuality is a must for location/operator Prefer 2 years customer service.
