Regional Director of Operations

Summary American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.

providing services seven days a week on a walk-in basis.
Our state-of-the-art centers focus on the treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers compensation, and occupational medicine.
The Regional Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will provide leadership and direction to assigned centers within a geographical area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Director of Operations in the management of assigned centers and ensuring assigned centers meet established goals.
Establish center goals consistent with corporate goals.
Monitor center performance, identify sources of performance gaps, and assist center management in the development and implementation of corrective action to address performance gaps.
Serve as liaison between center and corporate staff and serve as resource to center management and staff in the resolution of issues and concerns Collaborate closely with Facilities and other groups in the construction, supply, staffing, and opening of new facilities within geographic region.

Requirements Previous experience in managing within an outpatient care clinic preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience desired Strong communication, leadership, management, coaching, and delegation skills Physical Demands/Work Environment (optional) Clinic and office setting.
Requires extended periods of standing and walking (more than 6 hours a day).
Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
Ability to use keyboard and mouse and view computer monitor.
Ability to drive short distances frequently.
Occasional overnight travel required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
