Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all items returned to the warehouse.
Accurately process returned items and reintegrate them into inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of returns.
Utilize computer systems to track and manage inventory.
Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines within the warehouse.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
