Director, Product & Project Mgmt

Entegra is seeking a Director, Product & Project Management, to join our team.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in short-term and long-term projects.
This individual will ultimately own the outcomes for the products we build asit relates to our digital transformation goal.
You will be responsible for understanding internal and external stakeholder needs and develop solution to close the gap, overseeing the product life cycle, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and project management, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
This is a remote opportunity.
Candidate can reside anywhere within the United States with the expectation of supporting East Coast working hours.
Candidate should be located within 1 hours of a major airport.
T here is some business travel to attend meetings and events as part of its core responsibilities, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with national account executives (NAE), sales, engineering, design, and marketing teams and incorporate custom feedback, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer needs.

Lead the ideation, charter, development, and launch of innovative features and tools.

Analyze competitor and industry trends, generate new ideas, solicit approval from stakeholders, and develop cutting edge solutions.

Identify and prioritize product features that will deliver the most value to customers.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from internal and external groups and lead the team through key milestones.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch including testing, training, change management, operations, and post-launch support.

Analyze customer usage data, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve enhance user experience and increase adoption of existing customers.

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Identify and track key performance metrics.

Develop pricing models for new products.
Preferred Skills/
Experience:

Bachelors degree in related field or at least 7 years experience in a similar role (e.
g.
, Program Manager, Business subject-matter expert)
6
years of product management and project management experience.

Previous experience working in software product management.

Very-high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the department, and team level.
