Summary:
The Technology Services Manageris responsible for managing and leading the technology operations of the Bank's IT teamKey areas of responsibility include managing the priorities of the System Administrator, Network Administration, and Technical Support Analyst teamsProviding technical expertise for daily infrastructure initiatives and ensuring the SLA adherence for the support of the Bank's departments.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Manages and monitors day to day operations of the IT technical teams.
Provide hands-on expert level technical guidance.
Coordinate System Administrator, Network Administration, and Technical Support Analyst workloads to meet strategic goals and other needs of the Bank.
Manage and coordinate the development, deployment, and integration of new technologies.
Participate in annual IT audits with third-party auditors and regulators.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
Mitigate risks associated with IT Operations.
Provide reporting for the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Committee on a monthly basis.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Perform IT Risk AssessmentsRecord and maintain required information to support accurate reporting for Senior Management.
Maintain continuous knowledge of industry best practices for the enhancement of the Bank's technology infrastructure.
Oversee patch and vulnerability management programs.
Adhere to established IT policies and procedures.
Comply with all applicable banking regulations.
Follow security protocols within the Bank to ensure the safeguarding of non-public personal information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
An associate degree or an equivalent level of training or experience.

years relevant experience in a hands-on senior technology role.
