Modern office setting On-the-job training Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer support -Post patient payments.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience as a clerk, personal assistant, or in project coordination is a plus - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus Bi-lingual preferred.
