Primary Focus:
Construction Laborer/Second Man works on fuel facility construction projects under general supervision and direction of the Crew Chief.
The Laborer must be diligent, responsible, adaptable and have good communication skills.
Laborer/Second Man performs physical labor including the below duties.
Position is eligible for overtime & prevailing wage Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Performs hand excavation and Jack Hammering Operates machinery i.
e.
Backhoe, Bobcat Completes concrete finish/ Form work/Foundation work Plumbing and piping related work Job Requirements:
Knowledge in Pipe and Material, able to read blueprints, and accurately operate machinery - i.
e.
Backhoe's.
Basic Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, concrete work and site work.
Valid driver's license required, CDL is a plus.
Ability to perform quality checks on construction equipment.
Must be willing to travel and possible hotel stays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds' High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to handle a leadership role when called upon Experience in pump & tank/construction industry a plus, but not required Job Type:
