Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care for individuals in a residential setting - Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and personal hygiene - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care, direct support, or social work preferred - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High level of compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals with diverse needs Note:
