This role evaluates employee needs, builds trust, and fosters a positive work environment.
The Employee Relations Specialist will also work to resolve conflicts, provide guidance to managers, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations Specialist Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain programs to promote positive employee relations in the workplace Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts in an effective and timely manner Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures Develop and conduct employee relations training Advise management on a variety of employee relations issues Investigate and respond to employee complaints Research and recommend best practices to enhance employee engagement Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance Analyze employee relations data and trends Employee Relations Specialist Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field Proven experience in employee relations or similar roles Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Able to manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
