Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing a wide range of tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Operate hand and power tools - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil - Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt work a plus - Install sewer, septic and drainage pipe Skills:
- Valid Drivers License a must -Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment -Ability to read civil blue prints - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team - Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity - Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply for this position.
