Apprentice - CNC Machinist

Your Key Responsibilities
Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 7000 on-the-job training hours and successfully complete related classroom instruction specific to the trade
Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
Performs Quality Checks in accordance with Control Plan, uses measuring devices as required
Changes Grinding Wheels as required
Maintains proper product labeling and staging, and maintains Production Records
Uses hand tools for machine adjustment, operates equipment within expected production rate
Performs Complete Set-ups on machines defined, troubleshoots routine/normal set-up and machine problems
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge
Hands-on learner
Blueprint reading

Accuracy in measurement
