The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for delivering branch performance through high quality service to customers and temporary employees through developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and applicants. The SAM should have mastered an understanding of the Staffing Industry. Solid Customer service skills are a must for this position. As a SAM the employee is responsible for supervising the overall branch mission of maintaining a focus on quality, compliance and cost savings.
1. Ensure that all pre-hire requirements, to include drug screening, background checks, etc. are consistently met.
2. Guarantee assignment database maintenance for accuracy of reporting, billing, payroll, etc.
3. Complete the interview process for prospective CoWorkers including but not limited to; interviewing the applicant, entering applications into the database, reference checking, and compliance items.
4. Utilize recruitment sources to generate, screen and place candidates while working with other members of the operations team.
5. Fulfill client staffing needs through active management of open order lists, on-line recruitment, etc.
6. Comprehensive understanding and maintenance of all safety and workers compensation programs and policies in place. Identification and understanding of risk trends and adverse selection
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably should possess a BS or BA degree
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a staffing industry role.
3. A proven focus to improve customer relationships.
4. The ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
5. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in a written, oral or diagram form.
6. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
7. Ability to run
computer
terminals, with a general understanding

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
