The Customer Service Manager serves as the central point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters. The Customer Service Manager''s responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, arrange for an appropriate service/repair solution, and set/manage delivery expectations on the part of the customer and technician(s) alike. Acting as a trusted adviser, the Customer Service Manager ensures that the proposed service/repair solution appropriately matches the service/repair requirement. The Customer Service Manager''s job is to earn repeat business and grow new business by delivering exceptional quality service and repair work that matches an honest and accurate estimate.
We are interested in recruiting an individual who has exceptional people skills (friendly, sincere, engaging) and is a problem-solver by nature. Although strong technical knowledge is desired, we are open to applicants who have an aptitude for automotive service and repair -- we will provide comprehensive training to the right individual. The ideal Customer Service candidate has a high school diploma/GED, an affinity for automotive maintenance/repair, an unrestricted driver''s license and clean driving record, and a strong desire to learn and grow with our business.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
