Technician will primarily be required to provide Level 2nd level deskside support to end users on a variety of issues (software, hardware, application, etc.) Candidate MUST have excellent soft skills i.e. organizational, communication and customer service/support skills and experience and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in a new environment.
Technical Requirements:
-Strong IT Deskside support experience
-Strong Windows 7 support
-Solid MS Office 2010 and Solid Microsoft Outlook support (profile creation, archiving, pst troubleshooting, etc.)
-Windows 7 migration experience
-Incident Management Tool experience
-Active Directory
-A+ Certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
