Job Description:
The Sr Technical Support Engineer is responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales customer technical support. He/She will also assist customers during installation process, manage support operations onsite and remote as needed, and provide software training after the install. Assist the sales team with all technical aspects and leads technical quoting process during the pre-sales process. Represent company during technical seminars and industry trade shows.
Requirements:
7
years of experience working a technical environment support customers
Working knowledge and good data networking experience with wireless (WiFi, Mobile), wireline (DSL, Cable) and variety of network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Telnet, and FTP).
Good knowledge of Electricity and its distribution network
Flexibility to work independently and in a team atmosphere
Experience working in pre-sales and post-sales environments
Excellent customer service, written, and oral presentation skills
Strong technical solutions and information analysis skills
Ability to travel 10% of the time to customer sites in North American and EuropeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
